About Our Programming

We provide daily mobility routines designed to reverse the effects of prolonged sitting. 

At ReverseSit, we understand the importance of time efficiency and targeted results in today's fast-paced world. That's why we offer daily routines, each lasting just 10-15 minutes, meticulously designed to address the specific needs of individuals spending long hours sitting.

Our programming is focused on correcting muscle imbalances that are often a byproduct of prolonged desk work. We incorporate a variety of exercises aimed at restoring a healthy range of motion, ensuring that every joint and muscle group is engaged and optimized. Easy to follow along and track your progress, this program was designed to take the guess-work out of stretching and mobility. There are three phases to this program: Reset, Correct, and Maintain. Simply click play and follow along. 

These short 5 minute videos are designed to help break up your day and provide some much needed movement. These can be completed at your desk and provide a great mental boost.

Our team, composed of seasoned industry professionals, has a rich history of working with athletes who juggle high-performance sports and desk-bound careers both in person and online. We are the team that put together Dynamic Cyclist, Dynamic Runner, Dynamic Triathlete, and Dynamic Golfers - which all provide targeted video programming for each sport. Over the past few years, we've been asked repeatedly to create the same resource of programming for desk workers, and we're so excited to launch ReverseSit to fill this gap!
